After your new patient consultation and once you are ready for a follow-up visit to review lab results in depth or continue your treatment plan, please schedule this 60-minute appointment.
Examples of labs we may be reviewing include blood labs, comprehensive stool testing, comprehensive hormone or nutritional panels, and food sensitivity or heavy metal testing. Some new patients don’t need or want labs and instead receive treatment recommendations during their initial consultation, so this appointment would be to follow up and assess progress or any barriers that need to be addressed.
After completing a new patient consultation and follow-up, you will be considered an established patient and can use established patient pricing for appointments scheduled as needed. Our Nurse Practitioners are primary care providers and can manage long-term health needs, and you can continue seeing them as needed for any health concerns that arise.
*We do not bill insurance, but you may use an HSA/FSA card if you have one or request a superbill for insurance reimbursement. (Not available for Medicare or Medicaid). See Office FAQ.
We ask that you please allow at least 48 business hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule. If it is within 48 business hours of your appointment, there will be a $50 cancellation fee. For new patients and discovery visits, a $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of scheduling to secure the appointment. We appreciate your understanding.
