If you are not yet a patient and have a few questions before getting started, consider scheduling a 15-minute TeleHealth visit with one of our Nurse Practitioners.

During this visit, you can:

Share your symptoms/concerns and health goals.
Gain better insight into whether our office is a good fit for what you are looking for.
We can answer questions you may have about becoming a patient.

During this visit, we cannot:

Answer questions specific to any treatment you are currently doing with another provider.
Review previous health records or labs.
Give any treatment recommendations, including supplements or dietary changes.

Prior to your appointment, you will receive a secure link via email. If you prefer to talk on the phone without video, that can be arranged instead. (Utah Residents only)
