This 90-minute appointment includes a deep dive into your past medical history, your current concerns and symptoms, a physical assessment, and recommendations for labs or other methods to identify a root cause for your symptoms. A treatment plan may also be initiated, which could include lifestyle recommendations, supplements, or medications.
Oftentimes, lab work or other testing is recommended during the new patient consultation to help gather information and identify underlying issues. A new patient follow-up visit is generally scheduled to review lab results in detail and continue developing a treatment plan.
Our Nurse Practitioners are primary care providers and can manage long-term health needs, and you can continue seeing them as needed for any health concerns that arise.
*We do not bill insurance, but you may use an HSA/FSA card if you have one or request a superbill for insurance reimbursement (not for Medicare or Medicaid). See Office FAQ.
We ask that you please allow at least 48 business hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule. If it is within 48 business hours of your appointment, there will be a $50 cancellation fee. For new patients and discovery visits, a $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of scheduling to secure the appointment. We appreciate your understanding.
